Challenging work, great flex hours - overtime can be banked for time off later, good people, opportunities for learning new skills, good mentoring, bonuses for getting Oracle certification, some development work with a lot of troubleshooting the existing product for clients

Limited (but some) room for career advancement: many aspiring managers, technical advancement is somewhat limited Average to below-average pay Company is steady but not booming

The leadership truly cares about and values all staff as individuals. The support and care from everyone in the company is amazing. Truly a unique workplace with incredible people and I wouldn’t want to be working anywhere else!
