1. Amazing Culture, fun work environment. 2. Leadership and Management team that cares. 3. Engaging team-based project work with a wide range of different technical problems to work on. 4. Opportunities for bonuses, and generous benefit package.

Cons

1. A lot of the technology is "in house" software, which takes time to ramp-up on, even for experienced developers. 2. The company is growing very quickly. This leads to a lot of continual change which can sometimes be stressful.

I simply have never seen a company that commits to all aspects of their work environment, at all levels like Computronix. This is a company founded on the principles of respect, trust and serve. There is full commitment at all levels of the organization to live and project this mindset. It is never forced or contrived, but a true spirit of what the company has been and continues to be as an organization.

Cons

I simply do not have any complaints.
