I have seen my coworkers, management, and company executives step up to help each other during hard times, and there's a very practical, real-world focus on the fact that people are human BEINGS, not just human "doings". Very generous benefits and a well-defined growth/training program to help you succeed. A culture of open, honest communication that really feels like "family". Also, there's lots of opportunities to innovate and solve technical challenges in software while also interacting with customers.

What truly surprised me was that Computronix truly lives out its values. Each employee is a valued member of the company and also within the project teams they support. Computronix doesn't drive an employee's value solely on what they can do, they also consider the intrinsic that each employee has as a human being. Computronix embraces Respect, Trust, & Serve in every relationship. Each and every employee is assigned to a supervisor...supervisors are there to facilitate growth and connectedness with the rest of the company, Currently, Computronix has three leadership paths: emerging leaders, supervisory, and refresher supervisory. This is a good company filled with excellent people! Each quarter, the combined executive group (US & Canadian) holds a half-day meeting at each site to report the health of the organization and progress on initiatives they are responsible for. The Executive Group holds itself accountable to the entire company!
