Pros
This is a company that treats their clients and employees with respect and kindness. It is a tougher interview process because they really want to make sure that it is a good fit for both you and them. Executives (and often the CEO) perform the final interview so you know that this company and its employees are very important to them. I think that the low low turnover rate speaks to the effectiveness of their interview process and the long-term approach that they have for employees.
Cons
It is a small company growing quickly. There are growing pains that go along with that. But this can also be a benefit, if you are working at the company during its transition you can personally have an impact on the processes and methodologies that are adopted.
