8yThanks for leaving a review, we appreciate the insight. We've been constantly working to ensure the communication across teams, and as you have probably seen, we've launched several initiatives in order to increase the quality of that communication across teams. We're encouraged by what we're seeing thus far.
While the financial situation has been a bit of a hurdle for us, we're making progress on things, and Gian has been keeping the employees up to date. Based on our metrics, we're seeing a pretty flat rate of turnover, but of course, that's something we constantly measure.
Thanks also for bringing up the training piece. We just finished a final review of some manager training that is being developed for a launch in Q4/Q1.
