Thanks for sharing this feedback with us. We're in the process of launching a few new management initiatives, which should help strengthen our existing managers, as well as new ones in the future. Everything takes time. We're a little unsure about what you mean by "so-called" unlimited vacation? Of course, you still need to get approval from your manager, but the difference is there is no bucket to pull hours from. We'd definitely suggest that you come talk to us if you are having trouble taking time off. We firmly believe that people need time off to relax and recharge, so that they can stay focused and engaged at work.

Pros

Still feel the startup spirit in it, which is a good thing. Good positive environment, management is helpful. Excellent environment for interns or new professionals! Lost of smart AND intelligent people around, who share their know/how. Obtaining information, even interdepartmental is usually fast and people tend to be approachable. Some critter comforts are provided for free, which helps a lot . Life/work balance is good as time can be flexible.

Cons

Career paths are not clear or non-existent, Not an issue for me right now, but it will be at mid to long term.

We're really glad to hear this! Thanks for sharing with us and the community. We've made some good strides over the last few years with career pathing, beginning with establishing a management or non-management track for employees. Are we perfect yet? Nope, and that's probably unrealistic, but we do aim to keep continually improving, especially as we grow. But as you noted, the fast-paced, like-a-startup roots still run strong here, and we're really proud of that being part of the culture.
