a short note on my ex-manager

Pros

comScore is an exciting company, working with data on large scale. employees deal with interesting issues / subjects.

Cons

One can of course turn into complainy pants here but i just want to note one thing: My ex-manager's (a VP) last words and acts hurt me so much, in many ways. Because I was bravely (maybe insanely) trying to push us as a team to do a better work, he turned into a beast full of revenge. And the result was the worst case scenario of what a manager can do to an employee. The thing I want to note that no one knew, cared or asked anything about what happened. I just don't understand how an organisation might have so bad internal communication and some people can built their feudality within, without anyone noticing.

Thank you for letting us know about this. This is obviously not how we want to communicate with our employees. We'll be sure to look into this, as the experience of our candidates and employees alike is of the utmost importance to us.
