Thanks! We're proud of the employees that we have, and pride ourselves on being a little geeky. We're definitely working toward identifying how to best service clients with a multitude of products - all of which provide valuable insight. Now that we've got the products, the next phase is making sure we implement each of them most effectively for us internally, AND our clients. So, know that those discussions are in the works. Thanks for the candid feedback!

Pros

Might be a good place to start career as a software engineer, as the threshold is not that high and you can learn a decent amount of new technologies in a short time. Work load is reasonable, work-life balance is pretty good. Most co-workers are very kind and easy-going

Cons

After one year staying there you will find that you are doing the same thing again and again, not much new things you can learn. If you would like to improve your coding & design skills it is definitely not the right place. it does not even have standard code review process & deployment process. Systems often broke by some random code changes & silly bugs. Compensation is just average. Promotion opportunities are mostly depending on how long time you have been working there, not your contribution or talent.

Thanks for sharing this with us. Over the years, our process on the development side has definitely evolved, but as you pointed out, there are always opportunities for improving those processes. We'll be sure to share this with our technical management team, so that they can take these suggestions into consideration.

Thanks for the feedback. We hope you had a good internship with us, and we're obviously glad you chose us. We'd be interested to hear a bit more about why you think it's not a good place for software engineers to start. We're always looking for candid feedback we can use to better shape our teams and careers. Thanks!
