Wonderful place to work

Pros

comScore offers employees the opportunity to think creatively and pursue those creative ideas. There are a lot of bright and talented people who work for the company, although there are also many who don't appreciate all that comScore has to offer. Compensation is competitive with a variety of other benefits to employees (flexible schedules, FTO, snacks, drinks, social events, bonuses, ability to work remotely).

Cons

Work-life balance can be a challenge, but is improving. Work hours vary by department.

Too many managers, no clue between them

Pros

- The people who are not clueless middle and senior managers are fantastic. You can meet friends for life - Pension - Dentist and health insurance - food and drink in the kitchen - Huge and varied client base

Cons

Where to start! Half the managers just want to be managers for the sake of it. Many don't actually do any 'work' and micro managing is something that seems to be promoted. A LOT of the VP's have no clue how to manage their teams and create a lot of spreadsheets and documents to make it look like they are working. There is a fear factor that runs through the company.
