Generally fun people (depends on the team), free pantry snacks and drink fridge (if that's what you truly value about a work environment), nice and updated office equipement

Cons

Long hours, unfair promotion schedules, unbalanced work loads between teams & work-life balance is terrible

Great place to work, helpful staff and management is very supportive of employee development and there are no unnecessary barriers for driven individuals who want to succeed

Cons

Not a con but the environment is ever changing within the industry and hence for those not comfortable in a fast paced ever evolving environment things might seem overwhelming
