Pros

Solid work/life balance. Employees with ambition will get opportunities to prove themselves. (especially early on) Exciting industry to work in and lots of interesting products.

Cons

Hero culture. Working hard and delivering consistent results won't get you noticed. Must find a way to get assigned to new initiatives and/or be in the club to move up.

Pros

Innovative product line with impressive technical advancements. Small company / team dynamic with big company presence. comScore is an authority in their field.

Cons

Selection of management has nothing to do with an ability to lead. Compensation is competitive at best, but usually below market in areas that count the most.
