Pros

* A lot of really good people * Fantastic location * IT/PC hardware needs are always met * Nice office * Good work-life balance. No 40+ hour work weeks. * Understanding managers * Flexible hours * Snacks and beverages

Cons

* Benefit rollbacks * Salary cuts * Lay offs * Clunky review system * Lots of meetings. And then more meetings. * Low end salary * Not very open with what's going on * Honesty issues?

Pros

They offer a competitive salary for recent graduates and great learning opportunities.

Cons

No 401k match as it is not weathering the recession well. Also, they need to train their managers how to manage people. Sometimes not a good work/life balance, either.
