Pros

- Amazing exposure to big-name clients (Yahoo, Microsoft, Morgan Stanley, etc...) - Great Training - No dress code - Incredibly bright people (most people come from Duke, Cornell, MIT, UVA, or Penn) - Promotions merit based (there are people who are promoted three levels in two years) - YOUNG company - can't emphasize how great this is... most of your team members are in their 20's or 30's....

Cons

some teams work way more hours than others... other than that there is very little negative that I can say about my past year at comScore.

Pros

-great people to work with; everyone is always willing to lend a helping hand -flexible hours -flexible in general (in terms of moving groups internally, switching/taking on new projects, etc); they want to keep you happy -currently a good balance between professional/corporate and small business friendly mentality (although the trend is definitely moving towards more corporate)

Cons

-how the company is structured may lead to lack of communication between groups causing inefficiencies -recent cutbacks due to recession
