Pros

Great company with big upside. Passionate, loyal employees that are driven to succeed. Employees are the core and best part of what drives the day-to-day

Cons

An industry with increasing competition has left the company searching for an identity and an edge to elevate them from the pack, languish in anonymity, or disappear. Employees are frozen, looking for direction, consistency, a path to the future and the leadership tho get there.

Pros

Met tons of great people and did interesting work. Health benefits were actually very very good

Cons

Stock has plummeted from $50/share to less than $1/share in recent years. Layoffs occur frequently, as do leadership changes. I would consider this to be a very unstable company to work for.

Work life balance is what you make of it. Opportunity to work on various technologies.

Cons

Non-existent onboarding program. Non-existent goals. No growth opportunities. Merit does not match productivity.
