Dysfunctional at best, toxicity at its finest.

Pros

- Some people are friendly and have a soul, despite the circumstances. - Pay is competitive. - Benefits are decent.

Cons

- Corporate kool-aid is strong and overwhelming. - No one smiles or genuinely laughs here. - Any perceived positivity is lip service and or disingenuous. - The proprietary products and business overall are built on yesteryear concepts. - Leadership plays favorites. - Tenured workers are bitter and manipulative. - Mass and frequent layoffs. - HR is unwilling to support employees in career-critical matters. - You are often and simply left to the wolves. Just look at the stock price and its performance over the past 36 months. That will tell you everything you need to know..

Pros

Mostly everyone is great and friendly to work with and the unlimited PTO is really nice. I truly enjoyed the partnerships and friendships I made. Inclusive to the extent of LGBTQ+ and great virtual hosting an and engagement from the DEI department. My manager and I had a great working relationship! You can gain a lot of experience.

Cons

Frequent layoffs with no warning or course. Training and onboarding throughout the company isn’t very established. Depending on the department you work for, you could have a micromanagement of a manager, or they could just be outright rude in their approach without having all of the information, OR fully understanding what you do. A lot of processes aren’t established so be prepared to be all hands in. Sometimes, people just may not favor you and if they don’t, watch out because they will get rid of you. I’ve seen it a lot! The company isn’t very diverse. With 1,300 or so employees, there may be less than 50 minorities and people of color. Sad! Keep your resume ready! I have no idea how this company will recover, but I truly hope they do.

Pros

Work life balance, FTO, benefits

Cons

Constant layoffs, teams are as lean as they can get, impossible to succeed given constant restructures and workloads. No true feeling of stability within the company, constantly on edge and in fear of being laid off. The company won't hesitate to let go of it's top talent. Many many talented people losing their jobs. Clear the company no longer cares about it's talent.
