4yWe are glad to hear you enjoy the ability to work remotely and are proud that we have been able to pivot with the times and do so successfully. We know we can’t be the right fit for everyone but we do like to provide opportunities like hackathon and our bounty program to give opportunities for everyone to engage and shine. As a business we want to consider and make the right decisions for both the company’s success and our employees, which in some cases involves consideration that is not immediate. We will continue to look for new ways to recognize and engage our teams as we continue on our path to continued success.
