      Pros

      There's a core group of smart, respectable colleagues who have been there a long time, and are sympathetic to current challenges. If needed, you can work flexible hours.

      Cons

      Too many to list, but here's a few: skeleton staff, favoritism in the wrong way, strategy not communicated, staff left to guess what they should innovate without clear metrics, executive is never there.
