      Pros

      the main pro is the people that are the actual producers in the company overall some of the best people I have ever met,they are always trying to do their best

      Cons

      The management style of this company is terrible they seem to constantly berate you and beat you down it gets old after awhile and is not very effective to motivate people, and sometimes the amount of overtime is way excessive

      Pros

      Small company allowing for the interaction with all employees, developing a close working relationship from highest senior management to those working on the manufacturing flermentoor.

      Cons

      Lack of trust by the President of his senior level employees and lower. There is no empowerment bestowed upon individuals aside from the VP's of every discipline.
