      Pros

      If you are unambitious and looking for somewhere to collect a paycheck without actually accomplishing anything, it's easy to get a job at Comtech TCS and settle in to the background of failure. As long as you continue to stroke the right egos, your position is safe. I suppose this is a pro for some?

      Cons

      If you care about delivering quality and you like to follow leadership that has vision beyond the end of their nose, you will be frustrated beyond belief. If you have initiative to drive change you will be beaten down for upsetting the status quo. Salaries are not competitive and the benefits are weak and poorly managed.

      Pros

      Decent benefits, 401k and HSA matching.

      Cons

      Absolutely zero communication within the company. Managers who honestly have no idea what they are doing. Employee suggestions and requests for proper tools go ignored. Told to follow ISO policy and then instructed to violate the policy at management's discretion. Instead of finding root causes for problems, fingers are pointed. Lower level employees written up for following the company's flawed procedures. Program managers that talk down to you. Raises are distributed at the same level, regardless of extra effort and overtime worked. Outdated ways of thinking by the Executives. Multi-million dollar company run like a chop shop.
