      Pros

      Anyone not in management would be a great addition to a real company.

      Cons

      One supervisor earned the derisive title of chipmonkey because he runs around excitedly leaving messes for his subordinates to clean up.

      Pros

      * Working with some great people (former NIM employees who are still with the company) * Even if some products are old and use old technology, newer products are using newer more advanced technology exposing the employees to new challenges.

      Cons

      * Upper management and Corporate does not understand the business. * Recently we had a huge RIF and it was already a skeleton crew and now everything needs to go off shore. * Upper management does not understand the legal procedures and export guidelines when making decisions to move the work offshore. * Big conflict between the CFO and the upper management in Orange County.

      Comtech made a huge mistake by acquiring TCS

      This company has no pros

      Cons

      All former TCS employees in Tampa were laid off. Comtech does not believe in employees telecommuting. No flextime. If you have a doctor appointment you have to burn PTO hours.
