Pros

Praising the hard work of the hourly staff and a few engineers is the only good thing to be said about this company.

Cons

Continual underfunding of all departments making it impossible to improve products and maintain a minimal standard of production quality. Stuck in the 1960's when it comes to all levels of production.

Pros

Pay is good, a lot of non-management can get the job done as long as management stays out of it.

Cons

Management is the issue. CEO is clueless. You have 6 different ticketing systems depending on which market you are working in. 4 different messaging systems and you need to use all of them to talk to other parts of the company. Managers get very upset if employeese from different teams talk directly to one another. They add steps to everything to make it more streamlined. If they tell you to look at a policy because you are doing it wrong, you will find you did it by policy and then they say they need to change it. Every team has different SLAs even if your team depends on them to fix something for you to meet your 2 day SLA, if their SLA is 5 days, you wont get help for it. No one likes to update tickets. They use Confluence, XMatters, Clickup, Sharepoint, googledocs and random inhouse storage methods with no real reasoning as to what to store where or when. Lax password protections and encryption on client documents. Open data plan that, if you have access to their Sharepoint, you have access to everything including account numbers for banks for not only the company but their clients as well. Your team will be short on workers and they will say they are working on it and blame everyone under the sun. They are making people go back to the office despite hiring them on the belief they would get to work remotely. Short staffed teams are expected to cover for other short staffed teams.

Pros

Tampa facility is filled with great people who were able to outperform their customer needs and quality

Cons

Company undercut it's revenue stream by letting go key revenue producers causing it to under perform on the sales and revenue side. Also, by pulling in revenue that was slated for future months, they created a gap in workflow. Company mismanaged consolidation of products due to one division trying to take only the large margin products and services and dumping other products that actually carried the company through slow times caused by the pulling in of revenue prematurely to contracts.
