Pros

Xicom has a very collaborative atmosphere. The company is more than 100 people, not too small and not too big. All the employees know each other and cooperate like a big family. There are many long-term employees providing a foundation of product and process knowledge and experience. There are no 'political agendas' like other Silicon Valley companies. This is a great place to feel like you can accomplish something good every day.

The feeling of first-rate professionalism. The experience you receive upon completion of a mission - knowing you assisted your customers in a profound way - leaves one satisfied in a way that defies simple explanation.

Cons

In some cases the amount of travel can be off-putting. Remote visits however short, can be tedious over time.
