Lots of opportunity for people with drive and initiative who like to make a difference. Meaningful work that is also very interesting. Good work/life balance and leaders who care about people personally.

Cons

Lack or roles and process creates challenges at times. Staffing runs thin in many areas and creates blockages in workflow.

Generally, reasonable management. Management does not threaten your job for compressed schedules.

Cons

Low salary actions. When performance reviews are late, there is no retro-active pay (e.g. seven months late). Further, the next review period moved 12 months out. Promotions are rare (meet managements unrealistic expectations for years before being considered).
