      Extremely talented workers have kept this company operational way past it's time.

      Cons

      The CEO is showing signs of age related mental disorders affecting his decision making skills. He has lost the capability to think logically and use reasoning skills to anticipate problems and resolve them without going ballistic. Many times he has had emotional fits of rage blaming others for problems he has created.
