Pros
The worker bees are dedicated and highly skilled at their jobs and often save this company from it's continual mistakes.
Cons
The managers and supervisors are not subject to the same disciplinary procedures as the hourly workforce. Supervisors can damage equipment with no actions taken against them. The damage cost thousands of dollars and delayed shipment of the customers equipment. If any hourly worker had made such a mistake they would have been terminated immediately.
