Pros

If you are unambitious and looking for somewhere to collect a paycheck without actually accomplishing anything, it's easy to get a job at Comtech TCS and settle in to the background of failure. As long as you continue to stroke the right egos, your position is safe. I suppose this is a pro for some?

Cons

If you care about delivering quality and you like to follow leadership that has vision beyond the end of their nose, you will be frustrated beyond belief. If you have initiative to drive change you will be beaten down for upsetting the status quo. Salaries are not competitive and the benefits are weak and poorly managed.

Transition Makes Rating Difficult

Pros

Management grants autonomy. Benefits are decent for the company size. Work/life balance is very good. Management respects staff and accommodates mistakes. Ability to grow your job.

Cons

Management relatively inexperienced, which results in not holding staff accountable enough and not providing guidance for employee improvement. Most importantly though, the transition from TCS to Comtech TCS had created a lot of volatility. For that reason alone, I do not recommend this company.
