Pros

Was remote, now I'm sure they require you to come in most of the week. Can join the union if you stick it out.

Cons

You get paid for customers to scream at you. A lot of training on what seemed to be a pretty obsolete system. Managers aren't that well trained either and will try and cut you before you join the union.
