Pros

Work-life balance and benefits are fair

Cons

Do not work in their Enterprise Data Analytics Platform team. The managers lack domain knowledge and rely on unqualified and incompetent contractors. I worked there while my department’s VP and director left the company shortly after I raised concerns about improper customer data system practices involving a PI/PII system and a company wide cybersecurity incident. I was then directed to implement backdoor production code changes that circumvented company security policies for change management processes, allowing their broken production system to continue running and remain a secret. After you submit that to the ethics department and ombudsman, the department managers will fire you before internal investigations end- betting you don’t have $100k to take them to court.

Toxic Management

Pros

Strong workforce on the union side. Field workers are dedicated professionals who show up for customers. Long tenure, which is a rarity these days. Great training.

Cons

Executive leadership and management are toxic narcissists. DEI is non-existent. Employees are required to take annual ethics training, yet the leadership doesn't display or enforce. Human Resources and Business Ethics divisions only exist to protect the company/shareholders, not employees.
