Pros

Tuition reimbursement, flexible schedule, short working hours (why nothing ever gets done)

Cons

Awful managers all around Very unethical (managers get happy to charge company mistakes back to rate payers) No ability to be promoted unless you drink the Kool-Aid Managers scream, yell at, and degrade employees; directors look the other way because it's easier Company is still operating like its 1980 Most employees are trying to coast to retirement, bring little effort forward Lack of intelligent employees

Going Under!

Pros

It was nice while it lasted.

Cons

The parent company is quickly divesting from its unregulated subsidiaries because they are volatile and/or unprofitable. They might hire someone to meet current contract obligations, but there is no chance for a career here.
