Confusing and stay away

Pros

None that I can think of unless you want to be completely monitored the entire day including breaks and lunch

Cons

Very confusing place to work as you get different directions from different management. Training is very rushed based on contract needs. They say open door policy but be very careful who you speak with as will come back to bite you hard. They monitor everything including what entrances you utilize and are very afraid of losing any contract so watch your every step

Pros

Health benefits, that’s about it.

Cons

Since the loss of the ED contract the company has been in a downward spiral. Many incompetent people who lack leadership skills are in upper management positions.
