Thank you for your feedback. We value your opinion and appreciate your taking the time to share it with us - we always welcome opportunities to potentially improve our business operations. While recent events surrounding the Department of Education have impacted the entire collections industry, ConServe’s long-term strategic growth plan has ensured that our business prospects in Higher Education, Government, Consumer and Commercial markets are thriving. Our industry-leading compensation, awarding-winning benefit packages, and successive Rochester’s Top Workplaces recognitions, still position ConServe as “the best place to work.”

Pros

Pay is good from the perspective of Rochester region

Cons

People in the company has a natural bias and they don't even know it. For example you have married couple within the firm, friend of a friend and his/her potential in-law within one company. Given that it is a small company, it can be normal, but what is not normal is work inclusion or socialization become tribal
