      Pros

      Pretty good bonus potential, 100% health coverage, floating holidays, decent training. I also appreciate that they promote business ethics and workplace diversity. If they like you, but can't cut it in frontline collections, they will help find you another position in the company.

      Cons

      The base pay is rather low. Some departments only promote their friends. Rigid scheduling, stuck in a cubicle all day.

      Pros

      I've been with this company many years now and have been afforded the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. The advancement opportunities are excellent, with positions most often being filled by my peers rather than external individuals. The overall culture, benefits, team environment and engagement of senior management demonstrate ConServe's commitment to its employees.

      Cons

      This is a fast paced environment with a focus on results. Not always for everyone.
