Where to even begin. If you haven't worked at this company for 10+ years, your opinion is completely irrelevant; This goes for assemblers, to engineers, to supervisors. You will be seen as incompetent. The funny thing about this is, they provide little to no proper training on how to actually assemble the products. You're going off of "tribal knowledge" provided by coworkers. You're briefly bounced around from section to section until they find a "home" for you. After that, you become pigeon holed into doing that one task in that section. Yet during the interview, you were told that you would become well versed in different areas, and there's great room for growth. Trying to be promoted is like pulling teeth. You'll apply for higher paying positions, to only wait months later and given no update on what's going on with the open bid. Until things take a drastic change, I would strongly look elsewhere.
