Pros
Easy work, easygoing coworkers, no time clocks, very relaxed atmosphere. work is so easy all you have to do is show up on time and try to put forth some effort
Cons
old school management afraid to change, will not take into consideration low "ranking" employee ideas because it was not "their" idea. Union shop, although a good thing no where to go once at top. Treated like filth from salary employees
