      You become very close to your fellow colleagues. Team work is key.

      Hours are overwhelming at times and starting pay increase is a must.

      Pros

      Diversity of patients and colleagues. Allows you the opportunity to learn and do many areas from front office to back office.

      Cons

      It always seems like your taking 2 steps forward and 3 steps back. No accountability however they micromanage everything just to make it look like they are holding you accountable when really they just change things when people don't do what they are supposed to. Stupid ideas such as the orange form just add more work and make everyone less efficient, not to mention patients think it's ridiculous. Lately it seems you are expected to do more with less and then upper management wonders why your NPER scores are bad. It used to be great team atmosphere within the markets but lately everyone and everything seems very competitive and everyone is only looking out for themselves.

      Great team to work with and had a variety of responsibilities. Things were different each day.

      No advancement opportunities, lower salary compared to similar jobs, awful management, no work-life balance.
