      Pros

      The people you work with are the extremely nice. The management will try to hold you back if you are too good and they see you as a threat.

      Cons

      Compensation for 30 minute lunch break, and the fact that sometimes you do not get a lunch. They make you use all of your PTO except 40 hours at the end of the year. Yup, thats right, you can only save a weeks worth of PTO.

      Pros

      As long as you complete your projects, you are not micro managed. The dress attire is biz casual but we can wear jeans. No travel. The management cares for the employees.

      Cons

      Pay raises could be better. There isn't really any promotion path. When there is a promotion, extra pay does not come with it. Turnover has been hight the past year due to Humana integration
