      Good start to career in a heavily growing industry.

      Pros

      Friendly people, opportunity to move up in the company as long as you are vocal about wanting to do so, good company for people to really stand out by going above and beyond the call of duty.

      Cons

      Unfair metrics used to compare clinics, constantly changing initiatives that often seem like busy work, very low emphasis on basic business skills that could be taught to employees to make clinics more profitable.

      Pros

      High quality company that really values the benefits of physical therapy. Concentra will put you through an APTA accredited manual therapy residency program and assist with putting you through a fellowship. Excellent leadership, that is very receptive to your input and easily accessible. Concentra strives to have a patient centered environment with a strong evidence based approach to care

      Cons

      outdated documatation system, that is set to be updated in the next year. Some of the clinics are in need of renovation

      Pros

      The people I work with are awesome. I love the atmosphere here. It's a great corporate culture and it's very easy to fit in. The company is doing well, and expanding so there is always work to do. I'm never bored.

      Cons

      Insurance deductible went up to a ridiculous rate this year. Proprietary software and Lotus Notes are a daily struggle.
