      Concentrix does not value employees. Routinely lies to keep employees as long as possible.

      Work at home options sometimes.

      Cons

      Will change your position, hours, and actual job with little to no notice. If you dont pass assessment for new, unknown job they choose you are let go. Theyll tell you all throughput training this will never happen but EVERYONE eventually moves to wherever they want you to go with little notice or training.

      Great coworkers, nice location, good food options in cafeteria,

      Horrible management, pay is often incorrect or missed completed for employees, salaries are low and capped, advancement is very difficult, inter company transfers are impossible, accounts close and employees are laid off without equal positions to tranfer

      The pay is pretty good. That is about it.

      I work under the Intuit QuickBooks Online contract. Intuit's slogan is that they care about their customers. That is ironic because working at/for Concentrix means that they do not care about you. Don't expect to move up unless you get in good with supervisors or upper management. There are definitely people who were moved up because they were someone's "favorite" and they don't know anything. Also the environment (where I am) is extremely negative. Get accustomed to changes because they happen all the time at a drop of a dime. Major changes that means you may and or may not have a job.
