      Pros

      remote. good options for benefits and it pays okay. Attendance policy .5 occurrences falls off every 15 days if not tardy or absent . 2 days (16hours) of UTO per quarter. if you're bilingual you can only use this in segments of 2hours at a time.

      Cons

      No work-life balance. Schedules are made for you on a 3 week basis and if you request to have a certain day off in advance it is not granted. PTO can be denied/deleted if call volume is high even if you input request in advance. Meetings to catch up on metrics and discuss changes in processes are often rescheduled due to volume with can cause a disconnect of information. Suggestions for improvement in schedules are not taken into consideration, Unpaid time off is often not available and when it is it goes quickly if you're bilingual you can only use this in segments of 2hours at a time. . Can require you to be very metric and process driven rather than helpful,

      Not a company that deserves loyalty

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits but that is it

      Cons

      They make completely unrealistic goals for sales metrics. I worked there for two years gave them my all thought I’d move up and have a life career but they just fired me cause I wasn’t at 46% when there were only 4 advisors at goal and the enterprise was below 46%. I was blind for wasting years of my life there.

      Career Stepping Stone, Extremely Low Pay

      Pros

      Remote, consider it a career stepping stone if you are looking to rejoin the workforce or looking for a career change.

      Cons

      Volume of work and expectation vs. pay do not align. Because the pay is so low, expect to work a side job or have roommates in order to earn a living. What they call a “bonus” is more like withholding 1/3 of your income and not at all guaranteed but contingent on your performing at 100% every quarter. And, know that bonus $ is taxed much higher than regular or commissioned income.
