- incompetent all the way to the top of the branch, mostly on the management side - the most mismanaged place ever, with toxic and jaded people making all the decisions and creating an insufferable work environment for everyone - their ideas and plans feel copied off of an A.I. tool, no though is given to anything past it's inception - micromanaging your every move, berating the employees for all to see when they are not happy with the numbers , and promoting visibility above all else in the workplace which feels more like doing sentencing than doing work. - forced commuting to the office in the middle of nowhere for a position whose work is done only through the use of a laptop. - turnover rate could be compared to a revolving door, where people get fired daily, if they are too burned out and cannot cope anymore or if they are too opinionated on why this set-up doesn't work, which is plain for all to see - there are next to no benefits to working here, with a salary that is basically inadequate for you to live in any kind of comfort unless you want to spend your savings in addition to it or get another source of income

Low pay Corruption in the workplace - don't shine too brightly because other senior/older employees can be quite envious
