Not professional, hostile work environment day one, dirty facilities, lots of bullying and fighting on floor and in classroom. My first week of training there was a fight in our class that involved the trainer. A lot of young people that are not grateful for a job and haven’t had home training that disrupts trainer. It’s get worse once you get to the floor. The job itself is not bad once you figure out how to do it. Honestly if your desperate for a job it’s a job but if you have a chance at anything else then do that. This is the worst call center I’ve ever worked at and I’ve worked at quite a few. Good luck.
