      Pros

      The co-workers from training and some of the staff were kind and helpful.

      Cons

      You are not told everything upfront of what is required of you. You have two weeks of training on how to work the system. But, once you are on the floor, you get in trouble for asking questions when you should have known before getting on the floor. The bad thing is that you are not told everything during training. A lot of turnovers.

      Pros

      1) The only pro its work from home.

      Cons

      1) There is no training provided but you watch videos and then learn nothing about customer service on the phone for call center. 2) Very fast paced you will be lucky to take lunch or breaks. 3) Team Lead is very harsh and does not give good training or coaching. 4) They listen in to your conversations even when you are not on the phone. Becareful what you say at home to your spouse or if you sigh you will get mad at you for that. 5) This position is very difficult and you will get very offensive customers. Be prepared to get very depressed working this job. 6) No one is empathetic towards the abuse you get from clients and tell you that is your problem. 7) This job will need let to any rewards no matter how hard you work.
