Diverse environment, a lot of women in tech positions Flexible working hours - employees can work from home at anytime Nice offices Nice people and overall working environment

Cons

I can't believe this company's rating is at 3.7! Company is not "disruptive" or innovative. I have been working here for 4 years and didn't see any major improvement in any area - no investment in new technologies PTO is a joke No merit raises or annual raises - only to manager and above levels I believe Low bonuses and not a transparent process

You get to work from home.

Cons

Its a company where you are treated like a number. You have a different manager every two weeks and when they assign you a new shift to work, its either work the hours they give you or your fired.

The pay is great , the job is easy to do , great health benefits

Cons

The people are messy, it’s like a high school and management is horrible , favoritism is horrible here , you really won’t see many people that’s happy to work there
