Pros

Its a job and a place to cut your teeth if you looking to get a base line understanding of the call center industry.

Cons

Poor management structure. No incentive No vertical movement.( unless your related to someone) Advancements are based on popular opinion and not a proven body work

Pros

Just the brand name and good infrastructure.. That's it!! Sorry can't think of any good worth it thing to mention here..

Cons

The new joinees are not assisted with opening bank accounts, the transport facility is awful and irregular shifts and weekoff from the first day of joining.. Too laid back attitude..no employee engagement..
