Pros
Good benefits, team environment, good pay for an entry level position.. The colleagues are very nice and supportive. There is freedom to work autonomously.
Cons
The colleagues know the answers better than the team leaders a lot of the time. Sometimes, when you have a problem, no one knows the answer. Also, too much emphasis on the stats. I.e. The time spent on the phone is more important than how you can do your best to help your customer.
