Pros
Higher management was recently changed, the new decision-takers seem to be more employee-focused, show willingness to keep the knowledgeable people within the company and to make work conditions better, to improve staff satisfaction. Nice colleagues, young staff. Direct management is friendly and responsible. Work-life balance is good except extreme situations couple of times a year
Cons
No home office possible, long hierarchy chain so very slow change if it all, health benefits are partly paid by the employee, equipment is rather old (chairs, desks etc.)
