The management is done by people who don't have any experience, once one of the manager ask me advice on how to resolve an issue with an employee. Don't expect to have a promotion unless you're friend with a manager or it doesn't bother you to stab your colleagues by reporting their "behaviors". I apply for a position, got the interview, my application was rejected because I don’t have enough experience, a lot of people with experience and qualification have apply for that position. Instead, they have hired a girl who just finish high school and with no experience because she’s the daughter of a friend of a manager. I have heard a lot of stupid excuses to deny a position from other employees who asked for feedback.
