Pros
Big and solid multinational, well organized. Used to be IBM, keeps big contracts with Trip Advisor, Xerox, Rentalcars, Timberland, Honda, etc. Great place to work. Lots of choices available, you can apply to other accounts, and even other places and countries within the same company. You have opportunities to build a career, do training, apply to other functions
Cons
Mostly call center, on the phone all day long, following rather strict rules. Salaries are lower than average competitors.
