Pros

Location, atmosphere, skills and qualifications are important. Cycle to work, small perks such as discounts and vouchers

Cons

Salary, no WLB when working shifts, development opportunities are very limited. Apart from that it's a really good job.

Pros

Nothing. These folks all sit in a ivory tower and use people until they are no longer needed. Either tow the line or find yourself on the unemployment line.

Cons

Poor leadership, backstabbing colleagues, treat advisors like they are nothing. No accountability from HR, Payroll and the Director.

Chaos and Politics not business or client.

Pros

In general the local management team is great. But there is only so much they can do. Both in the area of help or pay.

Cons

Chaos. On almost every level. The acquisition of IBM division and the reaction of the people involved led to brain drain. Lack of education or classes. There is only so many classes you can take and they tend to be only call center related topics. Low pay. Politics internal fights.
