-First is Salary,is not competitive as what other companies are offering nowadays considering the type of account they're handling. They will tell you it is depending on your annual performance , then you give them a good score (1 or 2+) then you'll get an increase of roughly around Php600. -Second, forced OT. You're almost done with your shift then suddenly an update with your schedule will pop up and boooom! A 30mins ot will be plotted. After the 30mins ot, you still have to stay and be forced to attend team huddle even if you're totally drained.
- Third, politics politics politics... it's all over the company. if they don't like you personally, then you'll be stuck down there even if you give them outstanding performance It won't mean a thing. What 'they' want is a 'yes boss' employee who just say 'yes' to all their demands. Even if it's too imposible to attain
-Fourth, going against the Labor code. I have had a colleague who got terminated without having proper investigation. Was never even given an opportunity to be on a hearing to defend themselves.
